I’ve been experimenting with Genny on Lovo.ai and recently tried integrating a custom voice model into my project. However, I’m running into some issues — the model uploads fine, but it doesn’t seem to sync or appear in my list of available voices inside Genny Studio. I’ve double-checked the format and metadata, but no luck so far.

Has anyone else faced this issue or found a clear step-by-step guide for integrating custom voice models with Genny? The documentation is helpful but feels a bit vague on this part. Any insights or examples would be super appreciated!
