How do you balance flexibility and stability while working as a travel nurse?

The freedom of travel nursing is amazing — new cities, new coworkers, and fresh challenges every few months. But sometimes the constant change wears me down. It’s hard to plan a stable routine when every contract could end or shift unexpectedly. How do you all maintain some sense of stability while still embracing the flexibility this career brings? I’d love to find strategies for staying grounded without losing the adventure that makes travel nursing exciting.
