Why Do Some Essays Feel Impossible? Subjects That Push Even the Best Writers to the Edge
9 days ago by Lilla
Has anyone else noticed that some essay topics just drain your brain no matter how good you are at writing? I’ve been through countless assignments, but philosophy papers always hit different — those “define truth” type questions make me feel like I’m arguing with myself for hours. Friends at NYU and UCLA say economics essays or data-heavy psychology analyses are worse because they mix creativity with strict structure. I’m curious, which subjects make you want to throw your laptop out the window? And why? Is it about the topic, the professor, or just burnout from juggling classes and side gigs?
