Hi all! Starting this thread for folks who have been prescribed Orcibest 10 mg Tablet for asthma-like symptoms or breathing tightness. I’ve recently begun and thought it would help to create an open space where we can discuss changes we notice, relief level, and any discomfort along the way.

Personally, the breathing relief was noticeable after a few days—especially during mild exertion. However, I did feel slight shaking in my hands and an increased heartbeat after the first dose. Curious if that stabilizes as time goes on for others too.
