Hi everyone,

I’ve been running into a consistent issue on docs.genny.lovo.ai and wanted to check if anyone else has experienced something similar. Whenever I try generating longer audio clips (around 8–12 minutes), the processing either takes much longer than usual or gets stuck at a certain percentage and never finishes. Shorter clips work perfectly fine, so it seems like the problem only appears with longer outputs.

I’ve already tested different voices, formats, and browsers, but the issue keeps happening. Is there a known limit or a recommended setting that helps improve long-form generation? Or is this possibly a temporary performance issue on the platform?

If anyone has a workaround or insight into what might be causing this, I’d really appreciate your help. Thanks!
