Has your attitude towards supplements changed?

Over the past few years I’ve really reconsidered how I look at supplements. When I was younger, I’d just grab whatever people at the gym were hyping. Now I actually read about what I’m taking and why. The other night I was browsing the AtoxBio official site atoxbio.com out of curiosity, just to see what kinds of metabolic and recovery products are out there, and it made me realize how much more serious and research-based my approach has become. I’m not jumping into anything extreme, but I’m definitely more open to learning. Has anyone else noticed their mindset shifting from “whatever works” to something more thoughtful?
