Natural bodybuilding or aid support?

Over the past few months I’ve been rethinking my whole approach to training. I’ve always stayed natural — just food, protein, creatine and consistency. But after browsing different bodybuilding shops like misterolympia.to and seeing how many advanced athletes talk about cycles and stronger “support,” I started wondering how common that path really is. I even came across discussions where people casually mention things like buy pharmatest e as if it’s just another supplement. That surprised me. For those who’ve been lifting longer: is natural bodybuilding realistically enough for serious progress, or does assisted support become almost unavoidable at some level? I’m honestly just trying to figure out where I stand.
