Texas-based SaaS Companies worth considering

Been doing a lot of vendor research lately for a mid-size SaaS and mobile app development project and figured I'd share what I found since there's not much practical discussion on this specifically for Texas-based firms.
Texas has quietly become a solid alternative to Silicon Valley for SaaS development. Rates typically run $100–150/hr compared to $150–250/hr on the West Coast, and the talent pool is genuinely deep; Austin, Dallas, and Houston all have strong developer communities with real mobile app development chops alongside their enterprise SaaS work.

A few names that kept coming up in my research:

TechnBrains came up first when filtering for startup-friendly options. They focus on SaaS MVP development and mobile-first cloud platforms, with an agile methodology that's supposed to shorten time-to-market. Seems like a reasonable fit if budget and speed are the priority over large-scale enterprise support.
Ascendix Technologies brings over 25 years of experience, specializing in CRM SaaS platforms and cloud-based solutions, particularly strong in real estate, logistics, and financial services. If your project touches any of those verticals, they're worth a serious look.
ScienceSoft has 30+ years in the business with AWS and Microsoft partnerships, focused on healthcare, finance, retail, and manufacturing. Better suited for enterprise-scale builds than MVPs.
Rubico is known for a design-first approach and building customer-facing SaaS platforms with clean UI/UX. Smaller shop but solid reviews.
Syberry has a strong reputation for engineering discipline, transparent processes, and robust documentation, which matters a lot if you're planning long-term product maintenance.
