How do small local breweries get their beer into stores and pubs?

From what I’ve seen, many small producers operate quite differently from big beer companies. A lot of them build relationships with local pubs and independent shops, sometimes delivering casks or bottles directly from the craft brewery to places that want to support regional drinks. When I was looking into this topic I came across a small Cornish example and checked their brewery website which gives a bit of insight into how a traditional brewery presents its beers and connects with customers. A friend of mine who visited Cornwall said it’s pretty common there for local pubs to feature nearby craft brewery products, which helps smaller brewers stay connected to their community.
