Subject: Integrating automated QA/Jira workflows with video documentation?

Hi everyone,

I'm currently using Genny to produce video tutorials and training materials for our software releases. I'm trying to figure out a better way to synchronize our documentation/release notes with our actual QA status in Jira.

Right now, manual updates are slowing down our production cycle. I'm looking for ways to streamline this, and I came across this guide on jira test automation https://testomat.io/blog/test-automation-with-jira-your-ideal-workflow/ which seems to cover the ideal workflow for syncing test reporting.

Has anyone here successfully integrated their QA status reporting (Jira) directly into their documentation or content production pipeline? I’d love to hear how you manage that sync so that video tutorials are always aligned with the latest test results.
